Personal Information

Members are asked to provide us with a name, mobile phone number and email address. This is so we may communicate with you. For sex workers, your ‘working’ name and contact details are sufficient. You do not need to provide us with your ‘real’ name or contact details.

Membership

Membership is only available to sex workers and some sex work businesses and organisations. Non sex workers should not seek to obtain access.

Reporting

All reports submitted should be truthful. Do not submit false information.

Confidentiality

All reports published are intended to be seen by sex workers only. All reports should be treated as strictly confidential by all members at all times.

Information sharing

We may share information about offenders with the police or other parties, e.g. a sex worker support organisation, in the interests of the safety and welfare of all sex workers, but only offender information, we will never share your personal information with anyone without your consent, unless we have child protection concerns, terrorism concerns, concerns about a vulnerable adult and/or we think that someone's life is in danger.

We publish reports and engage with academic research. This involves some sharing of our member data and offender data. However before any member data is shared with third party researchers it is always subject to an anonymisation process of removal of identifying individual information such as names, phone numbers, IP addresses. Further published member data is never reported in a way that identifies individual members.
