As of March 2022, Ugly Mugs has adopted a Virtual Engagement Policy. This means UM personnel will only participate in online events and meetings. We will not attend in-person events or meetings. We look forward to seeing a lot more of you online :)
We use Zoom web conferencing software. If we are hosting a meeting or webinar this is the software you can expect us to use. If you are hosting a video conference we are attending we are happy to use alternative video conferencing software, such as Webex, if you prefer.

You may wear a mask or take any other precautions you feel necessary to protect your online privacy. We will never ask you to expose yourself in Zoom meetings if you are not comfortable doing so.
