The Rainbow Project is a health organisation that works to improve the physical, mental and emotional health and well-being of lesbian, gay, bisexual and/or transgender people in Northern Ireland. Their services include befriending, sexual health and mental health supports. They also offer support regards sexual violence, domestic violence, discrimination and hate crime. The Rainbow Project welcomes sex workers. In addition to their Belfast office, The Rainbow Project also has a base at Orlan House, 220 Strand Road, Derry, BT48 7AB and Phone 02871283030.
From 2020, the Rainbow Project are organising Sex Worker Only Meet Ups in Northern Ireland on the 2nd Tuesday of Every Month They say: Spending time with other sex workers is invaluable and special! If you are a current or former sex worker come along to our monthly sex positive and non-judgemental meet ups for coffee and chat! Email [email protected] for confidential information. Time and location details will be given on an individual basis as we respect privacy.
